This Privacy Policy explains how Dukun Ads(“Dukun Ads”, “we”, “us”), operated by ASEA Studio (Digital Heroes Enterprise), Malaysia, collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our AI marketing, Meta Ads, and social automation platform. By using Dukun Ads you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information— your name, email address, and authentication identifiers, provided via our sign-in provider (Clerk).
  • Connected accounts— access tokens and account metadata you authorize us to hold for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Threads, and other social or advertising platforms you connect.
  • Advertising and content data— campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, posts, leads, and performance metrics generated or retrieved on your behalf.
  • Usage data— logs, device and browser information, and diagnostic data used to operate and secure the service.
  • Billing data— subscription and payment status. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processors (Stripe / CHIP) — we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the platform and its AI features.
  • To create, schedule, and manage content, campaigns, and reports you request.
  • To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and important service changes.
  • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Meta Ads and social account data

When you connect a Meta account, we request only the permissions needed to perform the actions you ask for — such as reading ad insights, managing campaigns, and publishing content. We use this access strictly to operate features on your behalf. Dukun Ads does not sell your advertising data, and does not use it to train third-party AI models.

Campaigns you create through Dukun Ads default to a PAUSED state. Nothing goes live and no ad spend occurs until you explicitly review and approve it. See our Data Security page for how to disconnect Meta and delete your data.

4. AI processing

Some features send your prompts and content to third-party AI providers (for example, for text, image, and video generation) solely to generate the output you requested. We do not authorize these providers to use your business content to train their models beyond what is necessary to return your result.

5. How we share information

We share data only with the service providers that make Dukun Ads work — authentication, hosting, payment processing, and AI generation — and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

6. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on a private VPS and is encrypted in transit (TLS). Access tokens for connected accounts are held securely and used only to perform actions you authorize. For full details, see Data Security.

7. Data retention and your rights

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You can disconnect any social or advertising account, and you can delete your account and its associated data. See Data Security for instructions.

8. Children

Dukun Ads is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and above and is not directed at children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you of material changes.
