Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Dukun Ads, operated by ASEA Studio (Digital Heroes Enterprise), Malaysia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Dukun Ads is an AI marketing operator that helps you generate content, publish to connected social accounts, and create and manage Meta Ads campaigns. Features rely on third-party platforms (such as Meta and Threads) and AI providers, and are subject to their availability and policies.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Connected accounts and approvals

When you connect a Meta or social account, you authorize Dukun Ads to act on your behalf only for the actions you request. Campaigns created through Dukun Ads default to a PAUSED state and are never launched without your explicit approval. You are responsible for reviewing campaigns, budgets, and content before they go live.

4. Your content and responsibilities

  • You retain ownership of the content and materials you provide. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the service for you.
  • You are responsible for the legality of your ads, offers, and content, and for complying with the advertising policies of Meta and other platforms.
  • You must not use Dukun Ads for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes.

5. Advertising spend and third-party costs

Any advertising spend is billed to you directly by the relevant advertising platform (for example, Meta), using the payment method on that platform. Dukun Ads subscription and credit fees are separate from your ad spend. You are responsible for all costs incurred through your connected accounts.

6. Fees and billing

Paid plans and credits are billed through our payment processors (Stripe / CHIP). Fees are described at the point of purchase. For refunds and cancellations, see our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, and not to use it to generate content that is illegal, hateful, or that violates the rights of others or the policies of connected platforms.

8. Intellectual property

The Dukun Ads platform, branding, and software are owned by ASEA Studio and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software beyond the right to use the service.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific marketing results, ad performance, or uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dukun Ads and ASEA Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for advertising spend, lost profits, or data loss arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
