AI Studio: images, video, copywriting and how credits work

Every model, every credit cost, and how to get usable output without wasting balance.

Last reviewed 2026-07-20

AI Studio at /studio is where you generate content on demand: captions and copy, images, and video. It has three tabs — ✍️ Text / Caption, 🖼️ Image and 🎬 Video — and everything it produces is charged in credits.

Credits are charged when a generation starts and refunded automatically if it fails. The exact cost and your current balance are always shown next to the Generate button, before you commit.

Step by step

  1. Generate copy and captions

On the ✍️ Text / Caption tab, write your prompt, pick a model, and press ⚡ Generate. A text generation costs 0.1 credit, which makes experimentation effectively free — ten drafts cost one credit.

The model list is searchable: type claude, gpt, gemini or llama to filter. Different models have genuinely different stylistic defaults, so testing the same prompt across two or three is worth the fraction of a credit.

Results appear in the text gallery below with Copy and → Use as post. You can also push a result to a content table with the 📥 Push to table selector.

  2. Generate images

On the 🖼️ Image tab, choose a model, a style (17 options including photorealistic, 3D render, anime, watercolour, or none) and an aspect ratio (1:1, 16:9, 9:16, 4:3, 3:4). Write the prompt and generate.

    Nano Banana 2 (Gemini 3 Flash Image)3
Nano Banana Pro (Gemini 3 Pro Image)3
    Meta AI Image3
    GPT Image 2 (Premium)10

Use 9:16 for Reels, TikTok and Stories; 1:1 for feed posts; 16:9 for anything that will be a thumbnail or an ad. Getting the ratio right at generation time saves a crop later.

  3. Generate video

On the 🎬 Video tab, choose a model, an aspect ratio (16:9, 9:16, 1:1), a duration and a resolution. You can also attach a reference image to drive an image-to-video generation.

Video models — cost varies by model, duration and resolution
    ModelCredits
    Veo 3.1 Fast4 per video
Veo 3.1 Lite (audio sync)4 per video
    Omni Flash (edit)15 / 20 / 25 / 30 for 4s / 6s / 8s / 10s
    Veo 220 per video
    Veo 3.1100 per video
Grok 3 VideoPer duration tier and resolution
    Seedance 2 / Seedance 2 OmniPer second
    Kling 2.5 / 2.6 / 3.0 / O1Per second, higher at 1080p
  4. Read the cost before you generate

Under the ⚡ Generate button there is a live quote showing the credit cost of the current settings and your remaining balance, plus a + Top up shortcut. Change the model, duration or resolution and the quote updates immediately.

If your balance is short, the button explains how many credits you need and links to /credits.

  5. Use what you generated

Each tab has its own gallery below the form. Items in progress show a ⏳ Generating… state; failed items show ❌ and their credits are refunded.

From the gallery you can copy text, send a result to a content table with 📥 Push to table, or send it into the composer with → Use in post.

  6. Manage your credit budget

Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance — 200 on Starter, 500 on Pro, 1,200 on Business — which does not roll over. Top-ups are bought in multiples of 1,000 at /credits and do not expire with the billing period in the same way.

A rough sense of scale: 1,000 credits is around 500 images on the cheapest model, or 250 videos on Veo 3.1 Fast, or 10,000 text generations.
