Billing, credits and managing your subscription

Plans, what credits are, how to top up, and how to change or cancel your subscription.

Dukun Ads has two separate things you pay for, and keeping them straight avoids most billing confusion.

  • A subscription โ€” unlocks the platform and gives you account slots plus a monthly allowance of AI credits.
  • Credits โ€” consumed by AI generation (text, images, video). Your plan includes some; you can top up any time.

Yearly billing gives you two months free โ€” you pay for ten months and get twelve. Before any of this there is a 3-day free trial with no credit card.

Step by step

  1. Choose a payment method

Open /billing. At the top you choose how you want to pay:

    • ๐Ÿ’ณ Card / International โ€” pay by card in USD.
    • ๐Ÿ‡ฒ๐Ÿ‡พ CHIP (Malaysia) โ€” pay in MYR by FPX, card or e-wallet.

The plan cards update to show prices in the currency you are being charged in. You can also switch the display currency to see local equivalents for Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and South Africa.

  2. Pick a plan and billing cycle

Toggle between Monthly and Yearly, then press Subscribe on the plan you want. Yearly is the same feature set at ten months' price.

Choose based on account slots first and credits second โ€” credits are easy to top up, account slots are the harder ceiling. If you are running several brands or clients, start at Pro or Business.

If your subscription is already active, the button reads Extend 30 More Days instead, which adds another period to the end of your current one.

  3. Add account slots without changing plan

If you only need more places to publish, add-ons are cheaper than a plan jump. On /billing you will find +5 accounts for $10 and +15 accounts for $19. Add-on slots stay attached for as long as your subscription is active.

  4. Understand what credits buy

Credits are consumed by AI generation only. Publishing, scheduling, autopilot, tracking and ads reporting do not cost credits.

    GenerationCost
    Text / caption0.1 credit
    Image2โ€“10 credits depending on model
VideoFrom 4 credits, up to 100 for the largest models
YouTube โ†’ Threads chain0.2 credit per generated thread

Credits are charged when a generation starts and automatically refunded if it fails. Included plan credits do not roll over from one billing period to the next. The full model-by-model table is in the AI Studio guide.

  5. Top up credits

Go to /credits. Your balance is at the top; below it are top-up packs of 1,000 / 2,000 / 3,000 / 5,000 / 10,000 credits, bought in multiples of 1,000. Roughly, $10 buys 1,000 credits.

Choose a pack, confirm in the modal and complete the secure payment. Credits are added once the payment is verified, and the page confirms it. Below the packs you will also find the full price list per model, your receipts and a transaction ledger showing every credit change and the balance after it.

  6. Find your receipts

Every payment โ€” subscription or credit top-up โ€” issues a receipt. Subscription payments are listed on /billing under payment history with a View link; credit purchases are listed on /credits. A receipt page can be printed or saved as a PDF for your records.

  7. Change or cancel

Upgrades and downgrades are not pro-rated: choose the plan you want and it applies from the next period. To stop, cancel before the renewal date โ€” your access continues to the end of the period you already paid for.

The full terms, including the refund and cancellation policies, are linked from the pricing terms block at the bottom of /billing.

What happens when the trial ends

Your account becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted โ€” your posts, products, trackers and settings all stay exactly where they are โ€” but autopilot stops publishing until you subscribe. Subscribing reactivates everything without reconfiguration.
