Composer: publish to several accounts at once
Write once, attach media and a product, preview per platform, then publish now or schedule.
Last reviewed 2026-07-20
The composer is the manual publishing screen: one caption, any number of connected accounts, published immediately or scheduled. It is the right tool for anything you wrote yourself, anything reactive, and anything you want to check before it goes out.
For daily content that runs without you, use autopilot instead.
Step by step
Write the caption
Open /composer and write in the Post content box. A live counter tracks length against the Threads limit of 480 characters and warns you if you go over — longer captions may be cut off on Threads even though other platforms accept them.
Put the hook in the first line. On every platform in this list, the first line is what decides whether the rest is read.
Attach media
In the Media section you can either paste an image or video URL and press Add, or press 📁 Upload to upload a file. Uploads accept JPG, PNG, WEBP and GIF up to 8 MB.
Attached media appears as a thumbnail grid; video URLs render as a playable preview. Remove anything with the ✕ on its thumbnail. If you generated an image in AI Studio, use → Use in post from the gallery to bring it straight here.
Attach a product
Under Product, choose one of the products you saved at /products. Leave Append product link to caption ticked and the affiliate link is added at the end of the caption, after a blank line, so it never interrupts the copy.
The Final caption box below shows exactly what will be published, link included. If your caption already contains the link, it is not added twice.
Choose where it goes
Under Publish to, tick the accounts you want. Only accounts with an active status are listed — anything showing NEEDS RECONNECT on /accounts will not appear here until you reconnect it.
Select all and Clear are there for when you are publishing the same announcement everywhere.
Check the preview
The Preview section renders a mock post card for each selected platform, showing the caption and up to four media items, marked either now or Scheduled. Read the preview before publishing — line breaks and link placement behave differently per platform, and this is where you will catch it.
Publish now or schedule
Under Publish options, choose Publish now or Schedule. Scheduling reveals a date and time field, labelled Malaysia time (GMT+8) and defaulting to one hour from now.
You can also pick a Content table to save the post into. Tables are the sheet views on /content — useful for keeping a client, a campaign or a product line separate. Leave it on Main if you have no reason to change it.
Press 🚀 Publish now or 🗓 Schedule.
Read the results
The results panel lists one row per account with a ✅ or ⚠️, the status (Scheduled, Publishing, Published), a View post link once it is live, and the error message if something failed.
Errors here are almost always permission problems on the platform side — a Facebook Page connected without posting permission is the usual culprit. Reconnect from /accounts and try again.
